Today is a new day. You can do one thing to move forward. Any small step will help you feel better. If you need some ideas here are a few:
- Write a to-do list and make it easy; brush your teeth, make your bed, go for a walk, smile at someone. Check it off once you do it for extra joy.
- Turn on an awesome playlist and dance.
- Go outside and look at the clouds.
- Send some you love a text and tell them you love them.
