SELF-PROTECTION TRAINING FOR COLLEGE WOMEN

The I AM Initiative has completed this Training with Delta Gamma, Alpha Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma, & non-sorority college groups as well.
College Self-Protection events are held in the Midwest and also nationally depending on scheduling and availability.
These events include physical training as well as social and emotional aspects to staying safe in a college environment.
Lisa Van Ahn is a former top five professional boxer/US kickboxing team member/National kickboxing champion/2 time American Ninja Warrior. She uses her knowledge of self-defense training and her work in self-confidence to build programming that improves a young woman’s path to staying safe and protecting herself though college.
EVENT DETAILS:
- 2 hour training time
- Meet at your location or come to my location
- Single or multiple sororities and groups
- Boxing workout and training included
- Lessons to evade assailants, recognize threats, stay safe in any scenario, and be aware of others who might need assistance
- Lessons to improve positive thinking, mental tenacity, decisiveness, and self-confidence
- Fear Breaking process with board breaking
- 10-50 students for each training
Cost for training- $40/participant (10% of every event goes towards ending sex trafficking)
