When you feel sad, check out happy stuff on the web. Be engaged online but also, check out the outdoors and breathe a bit, or hang out with your pets. Or just look in a mirror and make silly faces.
Most of all, when you feel bad know that it is temporary and there are lots of things you can do to help yourself feel better. Feeling bad doesn’t last forever.
And know that loving all of yourself is the best remedy to feeling bad.
