The I AM Initiative has completed Strength and Mental Training with Minnesota Thunder, U-9 Soccer, Maple Grove Hockey, NorthStar RollerGirls.
Athletic Training camps are held in the Minnesota/Metro area in person.
Training camps include strength and conditioning drills that improve footwork, hand speed, cardio, agility with mental training.
Lisa Van Ahn is a former top five professional boxer/US kickboxing team member/National kickboxing champion/2 time American Ninja Warrior. She uses her knowledge of athletic training and her work in self-confidence to build programming that improves an athlete’s performance in sport and in life.
TRAINING CAMP DETAILS:

Training teams at all age levels (middle school-college level)
Drills to improve speed, agility, response time, cardio, and strength
Drills to improve positive thinking, mental tenacity, decisiveness, and self-confidence
10-35 girls for each training
Lisa led an I AM training for my daughter’s Blaine soccer team and their friends. She kept the girls engaged which can be challenging with a group of mostly 8 and 9 year olds. I could tell the girls had fun and even learned the main messages. It was amazing to see how empowered the girls became when they realized they already have the tools to be who they want to be – strong and confident young women.
